Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges with quality problems.
a. If you choose to return it, you should contact us and send a photo or video as proof to request after-sales service. In this case, you can return the item with the approval of our customer service (we only accept returns within 14 days of receipt) and we will issue you refund once you return the item in good condition.
b. If you choose to exchange it, please send us a photo or video as proof first, so that we can check first. After approval from our customer service, you can send the product back. Exchanged items will be shipped after careful inspection.
c. If the item is damaged in transit, you should submit an application and send proof (photo or video) to us for after-sales service within 7 calendar days after the package is delivered to you. We will arrange for an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, saleable, and in its original packaging. We need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchases back to the manufacturer.
The return address will be notified by our customer service after you contact them. Any returns or exchanges without contacting our customer service in advance will not be accepted and no refunds will be given!
To initiate a return or exchange, please email your order number and product photo to [email protected] . Our customer service will review the condition of the package. Once the order has been reviewed, we will provide a return address and you have 7 calendar days to return the original item with the label in the original packaging. Please send it to the return address we provided. In the meantime, you need to return your package with its tracking number within 7 calendar days.
If the return or exchange is due to an unknown error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the item plus return shipping.
However, if you request a return for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding shipping costs. Unfortunately, we are unable to send prepaid return shipping labels on all packages. Use your own traceable and insured shipping method. Please note that we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item.
Full Refund: (a) Wrong item sent;(b) Defective items through no fault of your own;(c) Products that do not match the content displayed on the website;(d) Items damaged in transit.
Partial Refund: Package lost due to unknown error.
Refunds Process and Time
We will process your return or exchange until receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item. Please be advised that Refunds will undergo two stages.
(1) The first stage(within 7 Calendar Days) happens in our internal system, while the second stage of processing happens at your Bank.
(2) The second stage of processing happens at your Bank. The refund may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company.
The two stages take 7-20 business days. After we’ve processed your return, we’ll send an email confirmation. If your refund is for store credit, it will be available as soon as your return is received and processed.
Delayed or Lost Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time for your refund to be officially released.
